Lush Flower Co is commited to providing a high quality flower and gift delivery service within the Greater Sydney region. To ensure your service expectations are met, please familiarize yourself with the important details below that outline our operational procedures.

 

Prompt Same Day Delivery in Sydney Metropolitan Area

Monday to Sunday: Orders placed for same-day delivery will be completed as follows:

Residential deliveries will arrive anytime before 7:00pm.
Business deliveries will be completed anytime before 5:00pm.
School deliveries will be accomplished by 3:30pm.

For orders placed after 2pm for same-day delivery, residential addresses will receive deliveries by 8pm.

To ensure timely same-day delivery during business and school hours, we recommend placing business orders before 2pm and school orders before 11am.

Please be aware: On certain occasions such as Valentines day, Mothers day & Christmas, specialist third party couriers are used for last mile delivery of flowers. Delivery times can extend into late evenings on these days..

Standard Delivery Fee

From Monday to Sunday: Starting at $15

For all deliveries that are required by a certain time it is strongly advised to contact us for a VIP delivery.

Special occasions such as Valentines day, Mothers day and Christmas incur third party courier fees.

Please note: Lush Flower Co cannot guarantee specific delivery times with our standard delivery service but will endeavour to meet your delivery requirements, please call ahead of any requests and we will attempt to accomodate.

 

VIP "Delivery By" Option

For expedited deliveries and time contrained deliveries, Lush Flower Co offers a "delivery by" choice for an additional $30.00.

Click & Collect

You can now available our Click & Collect service at our Neutral bay studio located at Shop 7/8 115 Military road Neutral bay 2089

Our Click & Collect windows are operational from Monday to Friday:

10am - 12pm 12pm - 3pm 3pm - 5pm For orders requiring a 10am - 12pm pickup, kindly place your order before midnight the previous night. If you wish to click and collect outside of standard hours please notify us as we are open from 7am to 7pm 7 days a week.

For same-day Click & Collect, the pickup windows are 12pm - 3pm and 3pm - 5pm. Availability for these slots varies based on your order time. Your order will be prepared for collection within the selected timeframe. Please be aware that we cannot modify or guarantee precise pickup times within these windows. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.

Upon pickup, it's necessary to present a copy of your Order ID / Tax Invoice. For security purposes, please show your ID to our team member. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, indicate this in the 'Special Pick Up Instructions' during ordering. In such cases, the collector should be informed that identification is required before the order can be released.

 

Recipient Unavailability

Before placing an order, we recommend confirming someone will be present at the delivery address on the scheduled day. If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will contact the recipient, in the event the recipient is not responding the sender will be contacted also. If a valid Australian mobile number is provided, the recipient will receive a text notification about the delivery with a photo of where the delivery has been placed.

Feel free to use the Special instructions box during online checkout to provide specific instructions for leaving the flowers in a secure location if the recipient is absent. Our drivers may contact the recipient if access to the premises poses challenges.

 

Incorrect Delivery Address

Lush Flower Co cannot be held accountable for deliveries to incorrect addresses. It's essential to enter accurate details when placing your order, including comprehensive information. The special instructions box can be used to offer specific delivery instructions. In the event of an incorrect address, additional charges may apply to reattend and redeliver.

 

Accurate Contact Information

When placing an order, ensure you provide a valid phone number and email address. This enables us to contact you in case of questions or concerns. Refer to our privacy statement if you have any privacy-related apprehensions.

 

Deliveries to Nursing Homes & Hospitals

Lush Flower Co delivers to nursing homes and hospitals throughout Greater Sydney. For smooth delivery, provide detailed ward/room information.

Please note: As per hospital/nursing home policies, deliveries may be left with reception. Once reception accepts the delivery, they assume responsibility for ensuring the recipient receives it.

 

Gifts with Alcohol & Liquor

Lush Flower Co offers gift hampers and flower arrangements that can include alcohol. However, alcohol cannot be sold separately. The maximum alcohol volume is 2 Litres. In accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1998, alcohol cannot be sold or supplied to individuals under 18 years of age. Orders containing alcohol cannot be delivered to a minor, left at the premises without an adult's acceptance, or accepted by a minor.

Alcohol-inclusive gifts must be delivered between 7:00am and 7:00pm.

 

Handling Vase, Ceramic and standing Arrangements During Transport

Arrangements in glass vases, ceramics or any other style are meticulously secured. The vase will remain inside the transportation box upon delivery, then presented for the recipient to display.

Floods & Natural Disasters

Lush Flower Co is unable to control weather conditions. During unexpected weather events and flooding, we will make every effort to fulfill your order as requested. However, there may be instances where our delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to safety concerns. To ensure the safety of our team and your recipient, we may not be able to dispatch couriers to flood-affected areas. Be assured, we will contact you to arrange alternative delivery options.
