Bardia is a suburb of Sydney in New South Wales, Australia. It is located approximately 38 kilometres southwest of the city’s Central Business District (CBD) and is part of the Macarthur region. The suburb was named to commemorate the contributions of the thousand soldiers who went training at the Bardia Barracks during various disputes such as World War II, Vietnam and Korea. It features a public school named Bardia Public School that can be found close to parks Ingleburn Park and Northern Corridor West. From Sydney, tourists can drive 35 minutes to Bardia or commute through a taxi which would take the same time, or by train for 1 hour and 12 minutes.
