In the event that your flowers are substandard or incorrect, we kindly request attaching a photo along with your inquiry. Our customer care team will promptly assess the claim and respond to you within 24 hours. Please note that any refunds issued may take up to seven working days to reach your account.

Considering the perishable nature of the flowers we provide, especially during Australia's hot summers, we kindly ask you to contact us within two days of receiving the bouquet. This timeframe allows us to effectively address your query and provide a suitable solution.

Please note that due to the relatively short lifespan of cut flowers, we are unable to accept returns or accommodate changes of mind. All orders are considered final, and we regretfully cannot accept cancellations.

We would like to highlight that occasionally, we may need to substitute flowers based on seasonal availability. Our experienced florists handpick the best available flowers to ensure a premium quality product. Rest assured, we will make every effort to inform our valued customers if any substitution is made.
